Outlined below is some information which will ensure guests to Bracken Hill Farm Cottage enjoy their stay regardless of whether their life is affected by a medical condition, disability, impairment or specific learning ability.

Before arrival:

• Enquiries and reservations can be made online, by phone, e-mail or by post
• Directions to the cottage can be found on the website or can be sent via e-mail or in the post

On arrival:

• Car parking is available on site and there is room for several cars
• The driveway is tarmac and the main garden area is gravel with a pathway leading from the drive to the front door.
• The car park is level and well lit
• Access to the cottage is flat but there is one step on entering both the front and French doors.

Accommodation:

• There are no negotiable steps within the single storey cottage
• The kitchen is open plan with room to move around. It has a low level single oven with hob and a tall fridge freezer unit.
• There is a freestanding table and four dining chairs which can be moved to create extra space
• In the ensuite bathroom the shower tray is at floor level
• All door handles and taps are lever operated.
